Pineapple Baked Beans

I was very surprised at how good this was. I made it twice expecting the second time to not be as satisfying as the first, but it was delicious and really easy.

1 lb hamburger
29 oz baked beans (any canned beans seemed to work fine)
8 oz pineapple tidbits, drained (I used the juice)
1 lg onion chopped
1 lg green pepper chopped
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 T soy sauce or Worcetershire sauce
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Brown meat in the skillet. Drain off fat. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours. Serve in bowls with crusty bread.
