Southwest Tuna and Black Beans

This sounds weird, but we love it. I always serve it with steamed broccoli and hot cornbread.

1 Tbsp oil
1/4 C chopped onion
1 can chopped green chile (4 oz)
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp grated lime peel (from about 2 small limes)
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans white tuna (or regular light)

Heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion, chile, and garlic about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until hot, about 5 minutes.
