So we discovered, or rather my mother in law discovered a very scrumptious marinade for grilling chicken, steaks, burgers, whatever. And... get ready... it is so easy!
Go to the store and buy:
Lawry's Baja Chipotle with Lime Juice (30 minute marinade)
Now that you have accomplished that hard step, put meat in ziploc bag with marinade for at least 30 minutes ( refridgerated of course). We actually let it marinate for over 24 hours and WOW it was yummy!
