Tilapia with Sour Cream and Dill

6 to 8 Tilapia filets (or any white fish)
Salt and Pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. Mayonaise
2 TBS. red onion (finely chopped)
1 TBS. fresh dill
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 TBS. lemon juice

Place fish in casserole dish. Salt and Pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
